Our ideal candidate has 3–5 years of leadership experience, proven success in driving performance and sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive culture. Prior spa industry or membership-driven sales experience is a plus. Our goal is to provide exceptional experiences for our members and guests, with our General Managers playing a key role in ensuring this. As a General Manager, you will: Provide excellent customer service, including answering calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and managing memberships Oversee daily operations of the spa Manage and drive sales performance Recruit, hire, and develop talented professionals Train, monitor, and coach team members Educate and sell memberships, including setting sales goals and incentives Promote products and services passionately Communicate effectively with the team and maximize appointment bookings Identify grassroots marketing opportunities and community connections Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, P&L analysis, payroll, cash handling, inventory, and ordering Role Requirements: Passion for communicating with people Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Willingness to travel for training, meetings, or client engagements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fast learner with a positive attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Computer proficiency; retail/appointment booking system knowledge is a plus Strong team player capable of working independently Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities Critical thinking skills, including conflict resolution About FGG Spa, LLC FGG Spa, LLC is a franchisee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, operating over 60 locations across 8 states, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida.
