FORWARD TRAFFIC & MARKING is seeking a proactive and results-driven Traffic Control Project Manager to lead and oversee traffic control and pavement marking projects. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing projects to ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Project Manager supervises crews, allocates resources, ensures compliance with DOT, OSHA, and OCIP standards, and reports to the Director of Operations. Success in this role is measured by meeting Gross Profit Margins (GPMs) and building strong project teams.

QUALIFICATIONS Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in project management, civil engineering, or a related field-or an equivalent combination of education, training, and related experience-with at least two years in construction, preferably road construction. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and the ability to read maps, blueprints, and road signage are essential. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, ethical, and safety-conscious, with experience managing resources and navigating state specifications. Travel to worksites, including overnight stays and weekend work, is required. The role also requires the ability to sit for extended periods as needed.
