Position Overview: Teachers are leaders in our school community. This is an exciting opportunity for educators to help shape the future of education in the St. Louis area. Our team begins each school year with three and a half weeks of professional development in the summer and receives ongoing support throughout the year to foster personal and professional growth. We believe that our students deserve nothing less than an exceptional staff, and that excellence comes from planning, practice, feedback, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

A Missouri teaching certificate is preferred, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality instruction by internalizing and mastering the provided curriculum
Create supplemental materials to ensure that students gain a deep understanding of content
Implement school-wide and classroom routines to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
Inspire students to take ownership of their academic and behavioral goals by setting clear and consistent expectations
Regularly analyze student performance data, adjust lesson plans, and create strategies to address unfinished learning
Foster open communication with families to ensure alignment between school and home expectations
