Job Description

The Head Girls Volleyball Coach-Director position is a full-time role that aligns with the mission of Elite Ace Volleyball (EAV), a new sister company of Elite Hoops Basketball. EAV aims to provide top-notch volleyball training for female players at all levels, from beginners to experienced high schoolers, through well-organized, high-energy, and innovative techniques.

We are seeking someone interested in pursuing a career in volleyball instruction. The responsibilities include leading Girls Small Group Training sessions, directing Girls NIKE Volleyball Camps in the summer in Chamblee, GA and providing private 1-on-1 sessions to program participants. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a passion for volleyball. They should possess exceptional energy and the ability to promote the EAV Program. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable working with young players, show a willingness to set and help players achieve goals, and exhibit a positive attitude. Being a team player and having a desire to be pushed beyond one's comfort zone are also desirable traits. The candidate will have access to EAV’s training methods and will receive full support from the EAV team to grow as a Director.

Job Functions:

- Adhere to EAV Instructional Policies and Procedures and learn the EAV Instructional methodology

- Assist with facility setup, cleaning, and breakdown

Qualifications:

- College playing experience; Professional Playing Experience is a bonus

- Experience in small group training, 1-on-1 sessions, and summer camps

- Team coaching experience
