Lindsay Landman Events is a luxury event planning, design, and production studio based in NYC and working around the country and the world. We produce complex events at the highest level, focusing on creativity and precision, delivering one-of-a-kind, life changing event experiences for social, non-profit and corporate clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time, in-person role for an Event Planner located in New York City. The Event Planner will be responsible for planning and coordinating events, managing budgets and overseeing complex event logistics. Daily tasks include liaising with clients, researching and managing vendors and venues, creating timelines and floorplans and working collaboratively with an amazing team in service to our exceptional clients. The Event Planner will ensure each event runs smoothly and with excellence from conception to completion.

Qualifications

  • Must THRIVE in fast-paced, high-stress environments
  • 3-5 years experience in event planning, management and design
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in building and managing large, complex budgets
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Command of all basic technology (MacOS, Office, Google, social platforms); proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven track record in independently managing social and corporate events
  • Bachelor's degree, valid driver's license and passport
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
