Full-time | Hybrid Marketing Department

Summary

We’re looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist who can turn satisfied customers into loyal advocates. In this role, you’ll develop and execute strategic marketing programs that boost customer engagement, drive product adoption, and support revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to build an exceptional customer journey that increases satisfaction and lifetime value.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage customer marketing campaigns that increase engagement, loyalty, and advocacy
• Identify customer segments and design initiatives that promote upselling and cross-selling
• Partner with internal teams to align campaign goals with sales and product strategy
• Develop and manage a content calendar for newsletters, training sessions, webinars, and customer communications
• Create and refine customer journey maps to guide timely, relevant interactions throughout the lifecycle
• Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to optimize future outreach
• Ensure all campaigns follow best practices and comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant regulations

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related role
• Proven success in campaigns that improved customer retention, engagement, or revenue
• Strong analytical skills—able to translate data into actionable insights
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and email performance metrics
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion independently
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
