$14 per hr

1st Shift / Mon – Fri

PrideStaff Greenville is seeking an experienced Custodian / Church Sexton on behalf of our client in Greenville, SC.

We are searching for a dependable & skilled Custodian / Church Sexton person. The Custodian / Church Sexton responsibilities include performing general custodial duties in the church, offices, common areas, and classrooms. They will be able to perform all duties related to maintaining the general cleaning & sanitizing needs of facilities.

Custodian / Church Sexton Responsibilities include:

• Maintain the general cleanliness & sanitizing of all church facilities
• Routine cleaning & upkeep of bathrooms, kitchens, and classrooms
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
• Event set up with chairs and tables

Custodian / Church Sexton Qualifications include:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Complete background & drug screen
• Must be able stand & walk up to 8 hours
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to report on time and work each day. Dependable.
• Some overtime required
