Job Details

Responsibilities -

+ Review contracts for scope, terms, and conditions; provide feedback to Project Executive
+ Collaborate with superintendents and estimating teams to phase labor planning and tracking
+ Manage project lifecycle from estimating through design, construction, and closeout
+ Develop and update construction schedules weekly
+ Create and negotiate monthly progress billing with clients
+ Handle procurement and scheduling of equipment and subcontractors
+ Track labor and productivity weekly; set and manage “4-week look ahead” goals
+ Present monthly financial updates and forecasts to Project Executive
+ Oversee all aspects of change order management
+ Conduct project meetings, manage jobsite client relations, and ensure project milestones are met
+ Ensure timely start-up, commissioning, and punch list completion
+ Compile and submit closeout documents to client
+ Maintain safety compliance across all project phases

Requirements -

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
+ 3–5 or more years of project management experience in the construction industry
+ Experience with mechanical or HVAC systems; design-build and life sciences a plus
+ Proficient in MS Office and construction software platforms
+ Exceptional organization, problem-solving, and communication skills
+ Self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team
