If this sounds like a culture you would like to be part of, then DXL is Fit for You!As a senior creative professional, the successful candidate will serve as a source of inspiration and motivation for the team, encouraging them to consistently elevate the expression of our brand to be both distinctive and strategically aligned.Using your flair for creativity you will take charge of the artistic direction of our fashion photography and seasonal campaigns by:Collaborating with internal creative staff to conceptualize, present and execute seasonal campaignsDesigning and delivering campaigns across all channels, social, e-commerce, CRM, paid media, organic social, etc.Coordinating with photoshoot team to ensure high-quality, on-brand product photographyDirecting the overall aesthetic of editorial fashion shots and product shots, both on location and in studioDirecting and overseeing video productionLeading the selection of final assets for editing and various uses to maintain brand consistencyPartnering with Senior Creative leaders to develop and implement creative processes, strategies, and style guidesOverseeing and mentoring a team of creative professionalsWorking closely with Creative and Brand Identity teams to ensure consistency and efficiencyStaying informed on cultural events and trends to inspire creative concepts and enhance brand experiencesMaintaining open communication with key stakeholders across functionsWe're looking for someone:With a Bachelor's degree in photography, advertising, design or a related fieldThat has 7+ years as a creative leader in photo and video art direction and graphic designWith a portfolio that demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of design, photography and campaign brandingHas experience working with remote teams and photographers across multiple locationsWith experience in video productionWho is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop)a must!That can travel to photo shootsHere's what we offer:All Your Basic Benefits (health, dental, 401k, PTO, etc.)Hybrid Work EnvironmentCompressed/Flexible Work ScheduleBring Your Dog to Work DaysAnd more!DXL is committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
