Our client, a Denver-based creative agency specializing in branding, marketing, and placemaking, is seeking a highly creative and digitally native Art Director to join their team. They develop and guide brands for places – reinvigorated downtown districts, emerging communities, and even whole new regions. About the Role: As an Art Director, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the visual language of our client’s brands. You’ll translate concepts into innovative visual executions across both digital and traditional media, ensuring a superior level of craft in all marketing channels. What You’ll Do: Conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs for a diverse range of projects, including: Digital: Content development, animation, motion graphics, video editing, social media posts, email campaigns, websites, online ads. Traditional: Print ads, high-end collateral (brochures, booklets, etc.), signage, outdoor advertising, environmental design, brand identity development. Codify the visual language of campaigns and brands, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients to understand project objectives and deliver exceptional results. Stay current on design trends, technologies, and best practices. Who You Are: A passionate and digitally native creative with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills across various media. A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. An effective problem-solver with the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment. A collaborative team player with excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). This is a full-time (40+ hours per week) position. While our client is a remote-first company, they require this role to be based in the Denver Metro area for occasional meetings and collaboration.
